The Vote4Europe? project is coming to an end…

Our network the Comité Européen de Coordination (CEC) has been involved since October 2018 in a project called “Vote4Europe?” in the framework of the Europe for Citizens programme of the European Commission, which aims to encourage young people and adults (16 – 35 years old) with low qualifications to participate to the European elections and to the European debate.

In collaboration with the project partners (Fundacio TRINIJOVE – ES, CIJ-FR, BARKA Foundation – PL, CIVITAS – RO, UNESSA formerly ACFI-FIAS – BE) we will organise the final seminar “How to give a new European impulse to the social and professional integration of low-skilled young people” on March 6th 2020 at the European Economic and Social Committee.
This seminar will be the occasion for young people mostly low skilled coming from partner organizations of the project to debate with the members of the European Parliament on matters that affect them such as youth unemployment, fight against climate change…

We will also debate with the European Commissioner, Nicolas Schmit in charge of Employment and Social Rights, European MEP’s and the project partners on fight against poverty and social inclusion initiatives and policies in Europe.
